Diagnostics for Performance Improvement

Our periodic and preventive diagnostic checks are akin to annual Master Health Check-ups leading to performance improvement. 

Our diagnostics studies are more comprehensive and go beyond the regular IV curve analysis, thermographic imaging and plant inspection checklists.

We believe in "continous improvement concept" that is akin to Kaizen and Deming's Wheel and is well known in manufacturing industries and conventional thermal plants but new to solar power projects.

We have applied this concept to under performing plants yielding remarkable performance improvement - having reported case studies with over 20% increase in PR, and CUF increase of 3 to 4%.

Even in the case of 'apparently' well performing plants, our "continuous improvement concept" can result in incremental improvements through sharply focused in-depth reporting and significantly enhanced management control on operations and maintenance.
